Wow. So loads of old photos of kids. Weddings, honeymoon etc on an old external hard drive that crashed for no apparent reason....and the external drive was supposed to be the safe place for them!!! Anyway, got in touch and easy process all really clear pricing and process and sent off my device. As it was so old they even sourced an identical one to copy onto from the US and set to work. All 12,000 photos successfully recovered and photos promptly returned on a new device. Can't put a price on that and so grateful to the team for sorting it out. Can't recommend highly enough.
