I used R3 Data Recovery Ltd following the complete failure of an external drive on which I kept all my data, both personal and professional. I can't begin to explain the level of distress and crisis the loss of this data caused. After this, I was given time to decide the options for service and followed the procedure for dispatching the external drive to the repair experts.
