I lost 8000 words of my 10000 word dissertation when my laptop died on Friday evening and I was a mess about it to say the least. Having contacted Andy and the team on Saturday lunchtime, my dissertation and everything else I had lost from my laptop (and failed to back up) was returned to me on Sunday afternoon.
