I like the customer support of RaceOption a lot. There was a certain trading instrument which I had a concern about last Thursday. In my case, we used the live chat option which was very helpful, detailed and quick to respond. Having this support, along with a very clean and simple interface, I feel reasonably assured about this platform in regards to future trading possibilities. Of course, it is always very reassuring to realize that there is always someone online who is willing to provide a helping hand.
