I’m really delighted to say that my weight is stable at just under 11 stone. I’ve been able to maintain it at this for a year now, so can’t tell you how happy I am, as with previous diets the weight always started to creep up again.
I’ve so much more energy and everyone keeps telling me how great I look.
You really have given me a diet for life - thank you so much
