Got the Rack with 1 fan out of 4 not working. tried to call the number in the invoice but got through to Vodafone voicemail. left a written message on their online messaging system requesting a call back and now 4 days on and still no call.
The stuff quality is good, the delivery was very good. The customer communication is poor. Therefore I am rating them poor.
