IT'S A SCAM. When I received the product, I read the user manual. It had a laundry list of health conditions that would make it inadvisable to use the Radiance One handset - including having any metal implants. I have had 2 hip replacements. This was never mentioned in the ads or during the ordering process, so I called the company. After being disconnected twice I finally got through & they confirmed that I should not use the product & to send it back. Then they sent me an email stating my options: I could either send it back to CHINA at my OWN EXPENSE OR re-explain why I couldn't use the product, keep it & get a 30% refund. WHAT KIND OF COMPANY DOES THIS? They made it clear that if I didn't send the tracking code I would not get my refund. When I went to the post office, they said you only get a tracking code if you send it first priority mail, which means I had to pay $66.30 to return a product that, had I been given ALL the information up front, I never would have ordered in the first place. In the end, it probably would have been cheaper to accept the 30%, but it was the principal of the thing. If you order a product & can't use it, you should get ALL your money back- including shipping costs. Not 30%. I feel like I got scammed. Never again. From now on I will only do business with reputable companies based in the USA.
