I have had the same experience as 'Anonymous' (4 months ago.) I have a metal implant in my finger and once again there was no mention of that in the advertising or I wouldn't have purchased it. I have emailed 3 times now and haven't heard a thing back in 9 days. I have phoned (from NZ) to New York and been cut off twice after sitting on the phone waiting for it to be answered. I am very disappointed by this and it was very expensive. Something needs to be done. I want my money back The co. has never got back to me, I haven't been able to get a refund yet and can't see that happening as they won't even contact me back
