My new radiator was super easy to find and even though it ran out of stock their rep called me right away and when I didn't answer he e-mailed me immediately and to offer a different brand as replacement. The second radiator cost less than the first and they processed my refund right away! My radiator did take a couple days longer than the original quoted delivery date but still happy with the purchase. Great customer service.
