With ANYTHING, problems can happen, the difference is how it's taken care of after it does. Ended up getting a radiator that was damaged. Since it was in a factory shipping sealed box I will assume it was in transport at some point. I called the listed number and provided a couple of pictures, and in less than a half hour the full purchase price with shipping was refunded to my account. Great customer service! Quick and no hassle.
