When placing the order the web site said it would be delivered in 2 days. A week later, still no radiator. The customer service said it was delayed at FedEx. Then lost at FedEx. Most companies would have shipped another then expedited it. They only offered a refund and cancellation of the order. I ordered elsewhere.
