Radiator Now sent package thru FEDEX which in turn delivered to wrong address. Delivery was not as promised. Contacted Radiator Now and was told it had been delivered. Upon receiving a photo of delivery it was delivered to a house not our company. I was told that they would call FedEx and redeliver that was on Friday 10/24. On Monday 10/27 was called by the resident where the package has been delivered and was told package was still on their porch. My company went to the address where it was delivered and picked the package up. Resident stated they called FEDEX twice and was told it would be picked up however this was not the case.
