So I choose this business because it says 1 to 2 day shipping. I live less then 100 miles from their headquarters; so I figured 2 days at the most. I called them on Thursday to change the name on the order. When I spoke to the woman that answered the phone; after correcting the name on the order, I asked her about wheather the radiator would arrive by Saturday. She said "hmm umm I think so, but FedEx delivers on Sunday as well, so you should be good" so I said ok thank you. Mind you; not once was I given shipping options. On Saturday I begin to track the package. It says it'll arrive by 2:20. Package doesn't arrive til after 11AM on Monday. I spoke to someone through email so I can get a refund on the shipping since they clearly advertise 2 day shipping. I explained to them how pretty much any other company was willing to ship for free on Monday ( same price on radiator or cheaper ) but I choose them because of the 2 day shipping. Needless to say they refused and said they had more shipping options ( which was never told to me ) . Bottom line is; save yourself the time and aggravation. If they can't deliver to someone that's less then 100 miles away; what makes you think it'll get to you on time.
