Totally satisfied with radiator now besides the packaging. I feel that a little extra protection with the with the Internal packaging would of solved the Fed Ex carrier damage issue. But totally happy with the communication and help I received directly from them. I just needed my package to show up with no damage so that I can continue making money with the vehicle I have. Cost me more money to have to wait longer to receive a new radiator which could have been damaged as well. But radiator now did the right thing and refunded my money and did so in a timely manner. If you can fix the carrier problem everything will be okay but with them accepting liability I will definitely use radiator now again in the future.
