These are a life saver for a coeliac who is constantly deployed, often im stuck in hotel rooms with only a kettle or spending long hours on the road. Hot water is way easier to source than gluten free food so being able to make up a nutritious meal both within australia and more importantly where ever i end up internationally is an absolute god send. Light wait, perfect for getting thrown around in my bag and fueling me so i can perform at my best. Radix Nutrition is incredible.
