The 800 cal Indian Curry Meal is easy to prepare and very, very filling. I stayed full for four hours after eating which is rare for me. Unfortunately the flavour is pretty average. On my second one I added currants, salt, chilli powder, lemon juice and made it up with about twice the recommended water. The texture and flavour were much better and it was heaps more enjoyable to eat. Overall I have confidence it will work well as a trail meal for calories and filling me up but the flavour could really be improved.
