I placed an order last night but wasn’t told the putting green ($2000) was on back order for 3-4 weeks. I have been trying to reach someone for over an hour to cancel order as I need it sooner… and can get it sooner from another website. Oliver told me in a chat they were going to change 3% for canceling. Website clearly states full refund before shipping. Beware of this website. Impossible to reach a live person for help. I will have to pursue the refund legally.
