Excellent service and arrived early. I would like to point out two items: 1) The filters were packed meticulously. Well done! 2) Originally I tried to order a custom made filter that was slightly different than RLF1169, unbeknown to me at the time. The company/person suggested (via email) a "stock" item (RLF1169) that was LESS expensive. Now that's what I call customer service!!! Stock filter works well and at almost half the price.
