Their website was easy to use and find my exact filter, with reasonable prices. (Unlike Amaz.. where its search kept showing me filters with wrong dimensions.)
When I received my order, I was immediately impressed with the wrapping and packaging. Short of the package being run over, they made sure my order would arrive in great condition. It indicates that they care and take pride in the quality of their products.
