I reviewed the online ordering but was hesitant about the sizing, so I called customer support. I was assisted by a pleasant young woman who verified the size I needed. Because I ordered two carbon filters, she had the filters wrapped and sealed for later use. I received my order as expected and simply replaced the old one. Happy camper.
