The quality of the products is good, but delivery is fragmented.
I ordered 6 small items and have received 4 up to date in 3 separate deliveries.
The need for a password before you can order is un necessary and frustrating. I already have so many passwords that I can't remember them all. Why can't I shop as a guest?
A good range of quality products but customer focus is sadly lacking.
