After many orders I have had no problems with Rapid. My last order included a request for a number of different boot lace ferrules. One of the packets of ferrules looked more like a reel of solder. A quick phone call to Rapid resulted in the correct item arriving the next day. I am most impressed by their performance and would really recommend them.
