Ordered 10xAAA and 10xAA batteries. Items dispatched quickly, but in 2 separate packs as one was out of stock. The AAA batteries arrived in a large box with more than ample padding - overkill really, but OK. The AA batteries were in their small box inside a padded envelope, and arrived with internal box broken. Batteries ok, but strange the two different methods of postage. Generally pleased however.
