Had a bit of an issue where orders were reported as failed, but were actually still going through! Contacted Rapid and they got the issue resolved for me.
Put a large order through, eta was within a week. Arrived next day!
Fast service, and even when things went awry, they helped sort it out. Would highly recommend.
