Very pleased with this company. I am a first time purchaser with this company and my billing address had to be used for the 1st purchase (it was a PO Box) and the 'shipper' couldn't deliver to a PO Box. I sent an email and got a response by the end of the day - they changed the address immediately and the product got delivered much sooner than expected. When I ordered the item it stated it could take 2 to 3 weeks for delivery. Well - it only took 4 days (weekend included). Amazing since they are in the UK and I am in California. Thanks so much.
