I placed a order small but important to me nearly one week later no delivery I found out yesterday that it was your fault not supplying the right address, after several phone call to UK mail and your company I decided to cancel my order, and found a supplier that is delivering my order. It's the small fish that could build your company. I am not a happy bunny and will never purchase from you again and I certainly would not recommend anyone. I'm really sorry you could not fulfill your obligations and I'm awaiting a refund from you.
