Amazing response time, my latest order was placed on Monday evening and arrived by 10 a.m. next day even on the most economic delivery charge. Only one negative comment; on a couple of orders an incorrect component has been delivered - once the whole of a batch of capacitors was the wrong value and on another occasion one capacitor in a batch was an incorrect value. In both cases the error was corrected immediately and without fuss, but I would have preferred that it didn't happen. Generally very satisfied though
