After 4 attempts to register for 'free' Genie software (finally .exe provided by Rapid) the installation fails. Genie support will not respond with assistance.
Retraction: The link was finally found in my spam folder, why? Was not visible on my mobile. Genie support is still non-responsive. Todays download actually got by the error 1619 problem.
