As usual, an excellent shopping experience from Rapid, only let down by the delivery experience by UKmail. For some reason (not explained) my parcel was delayed, so I
stayed in all day for nothing! Had to arrange for delivery for another day so in all it took
3 days instead of the usual next day delivery.
