Dear Sirs, I was a little disappointed with the delivery from UK mail on my last purchase, I was not in to receive the delivery and it was left with a neighbour but no card left to say this was the case. and where it was left. I looked on the delivery tracking to see if there was any information, this showed a signers name, but was not a name of any of my near neighbours, so I sent an enquiry to UK Mail using their query service to enquire which house number it was left at, but received no reply in response. It was not until the next day that one of my neighbours brought the package round and wondered why I had not called to collect it on the day of delivery.
