I have found Rapid to be very good over the last five years or so that I have used them, they are quick and accurate and have a wide range of products at some very good prices for education (we are Stanmore College). The staff on the phone and online are very helpful and courteous, any network problems/password problems have been responded to promptly. Overall I would say Rapid and their staff are great.
