Overall your service is very good and your staff very courteous.The follow-up action to a general enquirer was promp and effective.
The only suggestion I would offer is-to encourage your courier delivery staff to include more info when leaving a "Sorry we missed you" card.
Their web pages were difficult to navigate; and their help line was of no use at all.
