Good for delivery,but returning an item needs to be improved,as you have to contact customer services in order to get a return number.This cant be done online. other companies you can return an item by filling out an online form,which gives you the return number and thus makes returning an item much quicker and easier.I had a faulty soldering iron,which was collected,but I had to contact them twice in order to get a Return number.They did give me an option for a replacement or refund.I got a refund.The main reason was that if the replacement had a fault,then returning an item was just to much hassle. This is why I have given 4 stars,as delivery was quick,They did apologize for the late reply,but all they need is a better system to return an item
