As a first time user on the web site, for some reason, I couldn't register. I called Rapid Electronics and was put through to a lovely lady who talked me through the process. I think her name was Samantha? She manged to get me registered with a login and password. I was then able to place my order. Order placed 7 Oct, goods delivered 9 Oct. Excellent.
