The web site oozes quality which inspired me to buy all my requirements for a newcomer to electronics and I wasn't disappointed. Everything was delivered next day (except the things that were out of stock that was shown on the site) and even the out of stock items were delivered on or before I was expecting them. I have had an extremely good experience shopping with Rapid and am very happy. I haven't tested out the returns and don't expect to as the quality of the items is very good but have no doubt it would be good as the purchasing experience.
