Very quick service - normaly arrives the next day
I do however have 1 gripe - recently i was made aware of a 10% discount for Oct - but when i tried to take advantage of it - it was declined - the reason i was given is that - AS I AM A REGULAR CUSTOMER - IT DIDN'T APPLY - IT WAS ONLY AVAILABLE TO 'CUSTOMERS' WHO HADN'T RECENTLY BOUGHT...!!!!
So Rapid give discounts to 'poor' customers - but don't reward the 'good' customers......????? not the best way to encourage continued usage....
