Fast delivery and excellent customer service are the reasons we use Rapid. They do have a very wide range of products although many things we've needed have not been in stock and had 5-7 day delivery times. Prices are also good compared with RS and Farnell. However, for low value orders we now use RS since they reintroduced free delivery for account holders on orders under £20.
