I am happy to say spot on.
I do get fed up being asked for 'reviews' why? Companies should offer a service - paying another organisation to keep an eye on what should be a proper service means that the overall cost of the product rises!
If people are buying your product why collect this superfluous data. However this comment is unlikely to find its self to you as it will be filtered out by the marketeers!
If someone contacts me as a result of this comment - I will be surprised.
