Prompt delivery (in fact came within 1 working day even though I only requested standard delivery), replacement fan fixed my PC perfectly. Would have been even better with a plug already attached to the wire, but that's the manufacturer's job and the part needs to be flexible and able to be fitted in different configurations. Overall, excellent service.
