Usually a good experience , but one complaint - my last order for two of your items code 70-4038, came up with "one item dispatched" (which I have received ok), and "one on back order" which I am waiting for, and have had no indication of how long the wait will be even though I have been charged for it.
This is perhaps something you may wish to improve on for your customer satisfaction.
