Rapid Service generally good although deliveries have now extended to 2 - 3 working days instead of overnight. A very irritating aspect from Rapid though is the random decisions to cease offering items that we use and often only proposing to supply on the same MOQ that Rapid gets from its supplier. That means Rapid is only bringing a significant price hike to the table over what we (MERG) can get direct from the supplier. For instance we now buy all our power supplies direct from Powerpax UK rather than suffering Rapid's inflated price.
