I found it a wee bit frustrating when scrolling through the various categories trying to find the exact components that I wanted to order. Sometimes the website would not allow me to 'reset' any filters that I had previously set, this meant that I had to go back to the original 'unfiltered' page and start all over again with the new filters. Apart from this, the service was excellent and I certainly will be purchasing from Rapid in the future. The delivery company, UKMail, were not very accommodating with regards to re-delivery; I was out when they attempted the first delivery so I requested a delivery to a neighbour (via their website) for the next day - this did NOT happen! After the failed second attempt at delivery, I telephoned the company and requested that the parcel be left 'in a safe place', which, fortunately, they complied with!
