found staff very helpful during the e mails I sent, needed info on carbon fibre rods for fishing rod repairs, excellent for the job, delivery was very quick, if I had a complaint it would be, as I only wanted one rod it came in a very big box, if it had been any other time of yearthe box would of gone in the recycle bin but as it being Xmas it was used to put other gifts in.
