I have used Rapid before and they have always been good, but the delivery firm they used to use were difficult for me and usually involved a trip to the depot to collect which wasnt ideal, and put me off using Rapid.
however they seem to use a different courier now, UKMail who i hadnt heard of before, but seem to be very good, nearly as good as my favorites... DPD.
very good tracking and a 2 hour delivery window, good predictable deliveries, so will probably use Rapid a lot more now.
