Generally a good experience but a couple of things ruled out 5 stars:
1. one item was out of stock - I had to wait a couple of weeks; especially annoying as I couldn't easily obtain it elsewhere
2. one item was very much more expensive than from the manufacturer
3. two items were unobtainable at Rapid
