I've always liked Rapid for the range of gear they have available and the quick delivery (even without the expedited delivery option). On the very rare occasion there's been a problem with an order they've sorted it out without any quibbling and they seem to have a good process for checking how mistakes arise, which gives confidence in them. If I had to find a fault, I'd probably say it takes a bit longer to find things on their website than some other suppliers' pages but then the stuff usually arrives faster, so it's worth the little bit of extra time spent.
