My company has dealt with Rapid for many years and we always get fantastic service. Picking errors are rare and on the very few occasions that problems have arisen, they are dealt with promptly and politely by knowledgeable staff. Orders are nearly always delivered next day and well packed using largely recyclable or readily re-usable packaging materials, which is more than can be said for other major competitors. Pricing is keen and product quality consistently good. Own brand products are reliable.
