Unfortunately I did not open my parcel before 21 days had elapsed and found that only half my order had been sent. Customer Service were uninterested in the problem and most unhelpful as they had no obligation to fix the problem due to the length of time elapsed. Do not trust them to send what you have ordered. I have just received my order of 2 packs of twenty five plastic wallets from GLS and I received 2 packs of 25 plastic wallets NOT 2 packs of 12 as I did from Rapid electronics when I had ordered 2 packs of 24!
