I dealt with Rapid when their catalogue was a few sheets of A4 paper stapled together.
They have progress well and I am pleased to say that when I was in business, I used Rapid as my first port of call, Farnell second.
Since Rapid have been bought by another company, I have yet to be convinced this state of affairs will remain as, usually, the fist thing a new owner does with a bought company, is to raise prices. They have to get back the money they paid somehow.
The staff, however, remain the wonderful friendly people I always knew, and I have seen a few come and go.
