Online ordering seems to be 1st class. I used to have problems with the old checkout system but it has been improved since I last used it , and what a difference. Delivery has always been pretty good competing well and sometimes a lot better than with other suppliers. Stocks seem to be very good both here and in Europe although the latter taking a little longer to be despatched. I will continue to use Rapid as a supplier.
